Upon completion of the checkout process, customers get an order confirmation email and SMS with a unique Order ID in the format ‘HNH(XXXX)’. In a situation where the user hasn’t received the Order ID update, here are few steps to follow:

  1. If the customer has added a valid email address in the shipping details section, the confirmation email will be sent. 

  2. For customers who have added their correct mobile number, an order confirmation SMS will not be received.

  3. If the customer has an account with us, they can log in and go to the 'My Account' section to find their order ID.
