Any hardware may be faulty due to various reasons, including manufacturing defects or physical damage during shipping. In these scenarios, we can provide a full refund of the components price or a replacement product. The deadline for processing manufacturing defects is 15 days from the delivery date, and for physical damage is two days from the date of delivery.

For any other scenario, including cases where the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, and modification in any way, we will try to help you resolve the issue with extended technical support.

If the cause of the defect is not clear, we may ask the buyer to ship the product back to us or arrange a return pickup for further evaluation. We expect the customer to be patient with the process and trust our ability to resolve the situation to satisfaction.
